Nevada Government Civil Attorneys Conference
One of my two favorite conferences of the year, this week has been the annual Nevada Government Civil Attorneys Conference. Having most of the government’s civil attorneys in one place at one time is a great way to get instant feedback on a variety of legal issues and trends in Nevada eminent domain and takings matters.
One interesting observation from this conference is discussing the differences that some of the public entities have concerning their view of eminent domain proceedings and the nature of just compensation.
